There is so much below the surface to discover.
One of the most valuable things you can give yourself is time and space to explore. Our existence is equally body and spirit, and when we tap into the spiritual through our bodily experience, our lives become richer, fuller and more expansive. As our spiritual awareness grows, we become more connected to God, to ourselves, and to the world
around us.

Sessions usually last 50 minutes and my rate is $60. However, I do not want finances to be a barrier and am happy to offer a sliding scale on a case by case basis.
The initial consultation and first session are free of charge.

Presence
Growing in spiritual awareness
Slowing down to listen does not come naturally to most of us. Spiritual direction provides a space to practice presence with God and ourselves. As we linger in presence, we develop a deeper awareness of God’s movement within us.
Discernment
Life choices and relationships
It is difficult to hear the still small voice of God speaking through our inner longings. In direction, you have space to explore below the surface to connect with deeper desires. As we honestly voice our longings there is opportunity to hear from God concerning difficult circumstances, thus aiding in life decisions.
Connection
Seeing God in the everyday
God longs to be with you! In direction, you have complete freedom to talk about anything and everything. When we pause to consider how the Divine is present in every part of our lives, we develop deeper connection with God.

In journeying together
We are meant to live in community. There is a power in sharing the joys and pains of life with another. I am here to attend to your experience and offer presence and prayer to support your journey.
